1. General
The website of the Nikolo’s Horse Club equestrian club (“the website”) belongs to [full name of the sole proprietor or legal entity] ([tax number / EDRPOU code]), address: [registered address] (“the club”, “we”). By using the website you agree to these terms.
2. Information on the website
The website describes the club and its services: riding lessons, horse livery, photo shoots. The information is for reference only. Prices, opening hours and terms may change; the administrator will tell you the current terms when you book.
The information on the website is not a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. A service contract is made directly with the club once the administrator confirms your booking.
Feed and premixes on the club grounds are sold by a representative of the Balance Optima Horse Line manufacturer. You agree the terms of purchase directly with them by phone: 093 676 41 78.
3. Booking a lesson through the website
- A request sent through the form is a request for us to contact you. It does not mean the lesson is booked: the administrator confirms the time and the trainer.
- Please give correct contact details, otherwise we will not be able to reach you.
- Lessons follow the terms on the Training page: age, the rider weight limit, clothing and gear, health. On the club grounds, follow the instructions of the trainer and staff.
- A child must be booked by a parent or another legal guardian.
4. Reviews
By sending a review you confirm that you wrote it yourself based on your own experience, and you agree to its publication on the website with the name you gave.
We publish reviews after moderation and may decline or remove a review that contains insults or obscene language, advertising, other people’s personal data, false statements, or is unrelated to the club. We do not change the content of published reviews.

5. Copyright
The texts, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to the club or are used with the permission of the rights holders, and are protected by Ukrainian copyright law. You may not copy or distribute the website’s materials without the club’s written permission, except for free uses allowed by law, such as quoting with a link to the website.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to Instagram, Telegram, Google Maps and other services. The club does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their data processing rules.
7. Liability
We make sure the information on the website is accurate and correct mistakes as soon as we learn about them. However, the website may be temporarily unavailable or contain inaccuracies, including for technical reasons or because of third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the club is not liable for losses caused by using information from the website without confirming it with the administrator.
These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer under Ukrainian law.
8. Personal data

9. Changes and contacts
We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with the date of the update. Ukrainian law applies to the relations between you and the club. We try to settle disputes through negotiation and, if that fails, in court under Ukrainian law.
